SANT VIDYAPEETH

AUNDHOLI & DEVALE NEAR LONAVALA, TAL: MAVAL, PUNE.

The site is situated adjacent to Mumbai Pune expressway near Malavli covering area around 22 acres. Internal access road divide the plot vertically with hilly area on east side of plot. Considering heavy rainfall, lake is created in 1 acre land to store water, which will be useful for gardening etc. The basic aim of sant vidyapeeth is to study different documents, treatise of Hindu religion from primery level and make research on them. Sant vidyapeeth comprises of temple, international research centre, school, bhakta niwas, rest house, exhibition hall. In order to avoid noise pollution international research centre and school is placed backside of the plot offering good view of lake and with full of trees. In order to provide easy access to public, exhibition hall, bhakta niwas, administrative office is placed front side. All the buildings are RCC structure with brick infill walls with sloping roof to drain out water easily in rainy season.
