    Proposed area = 250 Sq.m. APPROXIMATE COST = 1,20,00,000/- YEAR OF INCEPTION = 2014 Chinchwad deosthan trust proposed to reconstruct the existing temple. New temple comprises of gabhara, pradakshina path, sabhamandap and two rooms. Natural light plays an important role in this building. Generally in any old temple when one move from outside up to gabhara intensity of light reduces and gabhara is generally in dark or with small window. This building is designed to achieve same light quality but in modern way. Windows in pyramidal roof of sabhamandap gives fresh sunlight while in gabhara roof is arranged in such a way that diffused light comes inside the room. Three methods of construction i.e. reinforced concrete, structural steel and ferrocement is used to cast the roof of sabhamandap. Total building is basically rcc frame structure with brick infill walls and cladded by coursed rubble masonry externally for walls and coloured mosaic tiles for roof. Traditional features like decorative columns, pergolas, rain water spout is used in the building.kota stone flooring with white marble and jaisalmer patties are used in sabhamandap while lakha red granite for gabhara. Adjacent rooms are in kota tile flooring. Teak wood door and windows are used for total building.
